I Define My Makeup Style As Natural Glam
This means that you will look like you, and feel like you and your makeup will look natural to the eye but will have that little extra something to make you feel special on your wedding day. This might mean you wearing a slightly stronger eye look than you’d normally wear or trying a few natural-looking individual eyelashes or maybe a new lip shade – or a flawless no-makeup-makeup look – It is whatever is right for you.
Wedding day makeup doesn’t have to be heavy, and it certainly doesn’t need to look completely different to what you’d normally wear. Many of my past brides have jokingly told me that they want their partners to be able to recognize them when they walk down the aisle!
What bridal makeup does need to be is applied with the right products and techniques, guaranteeing perfect definition for photographs and long-lasting results.
At your wedding makeup trial, I always ask you to explain what you already wear day-to-day and what you’d do differently for an evening out or special occasion, as this lets me know what level of makeup you’re used to wearing.
During your trial I will slowly build up your bridal makeup look, getting you to check at each stage, so you can let me know your preferences and we can discuss shades and textures, trying out different options, so you can choose what works best for you.
The trial is for you to meet me and create your perfect bridal look, so always be completely honest, I won’t take offence if you don’t like something I’ve done. Makeup is completely personal and removable! If something doesn’t quite feel like you, it can be taken off easily and then we can try different options.
The end goal of every trial I do is to create a confident bride-to-be whose wedding day makeup is exactly as they envisioned.
